Refund Policy

How refunds are handled.

Refund eligibility depends on the Build’s status, its funding status, payment status, production status, and the specific terms shown for the selected Build. In general, before a Build is funded and locked, a backer may be able to cancel; after funding and the start of production, refunds are limited to defined circumstances such as failed production or material misrepresentation.
